Routes Master Transportation – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation:
All vehicle rentals are subject to availability and confirmation by Routes Master Transportation.
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation number.
Clients must provide accurate personal and booking details when making a reservation.
2. Payment & Security Deposit:
Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm a booking.
A security deposit may be required for certain vehicles and will be refunded upon satisfactory return of the vehicle.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and cash.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time may incur a cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Vehicle Usage & Responsibility:
The client is responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period. NOTE: This is only applicable to self-drive
Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as at pick-up time.
Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Clients must adhere to all local traffic laws and regulations.
5. Chauffeur & Security Services:
Chauffeur services are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
Bulletproof vehicles come with enhanced security features for added protection.
6. Liability & Insurance:
Routes Master Transportation provides basic insurance coverage for all rentals.
Clients may opt for additional insurance coverage at an extra cost.
The company is not liable for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
7. Late Returns & Extensions:
Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
Rental extensions must be requested and approved in advance.
8. Force Majeure:
Routes Master Transportation is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgment:
By booking a vehicle, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
Routes Master Transportation reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
